Spring Hill Terraces is centrally located, within 1.5 km of the Brisbane city centre and a short walk to bus/train transport, restaurants, hotels and parks. Our location is easily accessible from the west, the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and the Brisbane International and Domestic airports.

Our guest facilities are NON-Smoking throughout and include a tropical atrium garden, complete with fishpond, a gazebo with tables and chairs, a barbecue in the shaded pool area, complimentary secured parking, a guest laundry, a free-call taxi phone and a tour desk.
